What should I wear?

The event is held outdoors alongside the Ventura Promenade. It can get breezy so bring a light jacket. Most guests dress casual.

Where should I park?

There is a large parking structure located just next to the event at California St. and a state lot off of Harbor Blvd close to the Pier.  Both lots charge a fee.  Uber or car pooling is highly recommended as the lots may fill up.

Where is the event entrance?

You enter the event off the promenade, not on the Pier.

Is the event handicap accessible?

Yes.

What is included in the price?

Unlimited tastes of beverages and food and a keepsake wine glass. Be sure and bring cash or credit card for any extras you’d like to purchase to support the Ventura Pier. We have a Pier Booth with t-shirts, hats, notecards and more. There is an amazing silent auction to bid on also.

How can wineries/breweries/restaurants participate?

We welcome new vendors and do not charge a fee.

What items are prohibited?

In an effort to keep the event safe all bags will be searched.  No outside alcohol, guns or weapons are allowed. We love dogs, but please leave them at home. Dogs are not permitted to be at the event unless they are a service dog. The event is a 21 & older event.  All ID’s will be checked.

What are the hours?

VIP Guests can arrive at 4:30pm and General Admission entrance is at 5pm.  Alcohol service will stop at 7:30pm and food service will stop at 8pm when the band is done.
